<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We at Solidify are now proud to present that our colleague Joachim Rossberg has proved his knowledge of the <a href="https://www.scaledagileframework.com/what-is-safe/">Scaled Agile Framework</a> and can now call himself a certified <a href="https://www.scaledagileframework.com/safe-program-consultant/">SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)</a>. This means that Joachim is now globally recognized as a SAFe subject matter expert. Furthermore, becoming an SPC is a way for agile professionals to guarantee their expertise and grants access to an exclusive community of practice. But there&#8217;s more. The SPC certification also grants permission to hold multiple advanced level SAFe courses, such as:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">SAFe for Teams</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">SAFe Scrum Master</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">SAFe DevOps</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We are very proud of Joachim and are happy to see that his efforts are paying off. Congratulations, Joachim!</span></p> <h2><strong>The Scaled Agile Framework</strong></h2> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Scaled Agile Framework, more commonly known as SAFe, is a common methodology used when scaling up agile. It allows for better alignment, collaboration and cooperation across multiple agile teams and creates opportunities for even larger organizations to adapt the agile philosophy. While not as rigid as Scrum, SAFe is based on the same mindset and can be made to fit everything from smaller companies with as few as 50 practitioners up to highly advanced structures fitting thousands of people.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">To put it short &#8211; if you want to be agile in a large organization, SAFe is a great option to take a closer look at.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
