We're excited to present our newest addition to the team - Mihai Borz! He will join the Gothenburg team as a developer and with his experience from different industries, he fills an important position at Solidify.

Mihai started his career in 2008 and have worked in different industries such as eCommerce, Automotive, Finance. For the past years he worked as a senior software engineer at Volvo Cars and as team lead at Collector Bank.

In addition, Mihai has a BEng. in Computer Science, a Master in Networks and Distributed System and an ongoing Master in IT Project Management. He describes himself as ambitious and communicative, and he enjoys challenges and learning new things. Furthermore, he is passionate about software development in general and have a big interest in new technologies, practices and industry trends.

Lightning questions to Mihai

**1. Why did you choose Solidify? **

I have always wanted to work in a company where ideas and innovation are appreciated and where the employees are encouraged to grow and learn. I found at Solidify a highly professional environment, many interesting assignments and I believe that I will experience lots of challenges here.

2. What will be your role at Solidify?

I will be working as a senior consultant and focus on development, architecture and Devops. My first assignment is to help a customer with the design and implementation of a microservices architecture and coaching within DDD, TDD, DevOps.

**3. What do you like to do on your free time? **

I like travelling and reading and I love cycling, hiking and skiing.
