The Role:
Join us as a GitHub Architect and guide our customers towards implementing GitHub while maturing their software practices. At Solidify, your role will encompass crafting comprehensive implementation plans and partnering with clients to drive meaningful change.
In your capacity at Solidify, you'll undertake a spectrum of responsibilities, including pre and post sales activities. Your expertise will be pivotal in setting up GitHub Enterprise, seamlessly connecting it with customers' infrastructures. Collaboration will be at the heart of your work, as you team up with colleagues to design innovative tools and resources. You'll further assist clients in constructing tailored software solutions, ranging from insights into GitHub usage to tools automating facets of GitHub Enterprise administration. Additionally, you'll spearhead migration utilities, facilitating seamless transitions onto the GitHub ecosystem.
As you guide customers through their unique development processes and tools, your success will be amplified by your proficiency in Git, GitHub, and modern software development tools and methodologies.
Tasks May Include:
- Orchestrating the setup of GitHub Enterprise and establishing seamless integrations with our customers' infrastructures
- Collaborating synergistically with your team members to craft inventive tools and resources that power development efficiency.
- Nurturing customer aspirations by aiding them in constructing software solutions that leverage insights into their GitHub utilization.
- Creating tools designed to automate GitHub Enterprise administration.

- Software development methodologies
- CI/CD (Primarily GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps)
- Source control (Primarily GitHub or Azure Repos)
- Cloud services (Primarily Azure)
- Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc)
- GitHub Administration, migration and training
